sorry!

heyy you guys sorry about not posting in along time... im really hoping to start posting more but if you are having any problems and dont know where in the bible to look you can post a comment on this post and i will be glad to look them up for you or if you like you can email me and i will give them to you. because if not them im just going to put the verses on here....but if you want to email me your problem my email is julieanicole123@aol.com and i usually check my email at lest 2 times a day so i will get your email but if you do email me just tell me the problem and if you want me to post the verse on here or just email them to you!! but i really love to help people if at all possible..so just though you would like to know that im always here!

feed my starving children!

okayy so my church is going to this thing in aurora illinois for a thing called feed my starving children..i cant wait because we get to make a difference in some kids life..if you dont know what feed my starving children is its this organization that puts together food packages and the food packages are put together by the people who volunteers. and i am so happy that i get a chance to be part of this :D so there is only one thing left to say and that is...i look horrible in hair nets but if your there look me up!

1peter 5:7

"cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you"

a verse so simple yet hard to understand why...so lets beak it down slowly.

I think this verse means that you should let god do the worrying for you becasue he loves us that much that he wants to carry our burdens for us.

I think this verse is a greay way that god is telling us that we need to trust him to take care of things and that he cares for us.and wants us to be happy.

Matthew 6:6-7

MATTHEW 6:6-7
"When you pray, go to your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babling like pagens, for they think they will be heard becuase of their many words."

Okay, Lets break it down.

"When you pray, go to your room, close the door and pray to your Father. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you."
In other words, pray by yourself. Don't stand up in a big restaurant and start yelling out prayer just so people around will you will think you are a good Christian person. Just go somewhere, alone, and let your heart pour out. Your Father will notice you much more if you pray while being unnoticed.
"And when you pray, do not keep on babbling on like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words." Don't pray for a fancy new bike or a new car. Don't pray for lots of money or a phone or anything like that. When you pray, pray for others. Pray for your enemies, pray for your friends and family. Pray for random strangers that look like they could use someones help. Think about other people, not just yourself. Its okay to think about yourself sometimes as long as you know how far is too far. Just pray for others and show Him you care.

ONE DAY A DAD COMES HOME DRUNK AND MAD.
HE PULLS OUT A GUN AND SHOOTS HIS WIFE
AND THEN TURNS THE GUN ON HIMSELF.
HIS LITTLE GIRL SITS BEHIND THE COUCH CRYING.
THE POLICE CAME AND TOOK THE LITTLE GIRL TO A NEW FAMILY.
HER FIRST DAY TO SUNDAY SCHOOL SHE WALKS TO THE BUILDING
AND SEES A PICTURE OF JESUS ON THE CROSS.
THE LITTLE GIRL ASKS THE TEACHER: how did that man get off the cross?
THE TEACHER REPLIED: he never did.
THE LITTLE GIRL ARGUED: yes he did when mommy and daddy fought he sat next to me at the end of my bed telling me everything was gonna be alright.

Seriously the best experience of my life. So many teenagers, and people of all ages together for the same reason, to worship the Lord and surrender themselves to Him. I had never felt like that in my life. I now finally realize what i and everyone that doesn't know Jesus were missing. I do know Jesus now though and i regret every second of my life before i found His love.

If you didnt get the chance to go i want to tell you bout it right now...Its this thing were a bunch of youth get together and we just worship god with all our hearts...And your exepted because every one believers what you do...okay and so now i want to tell you some of the things we talked about this year...One of the things was that Jesus came simply to love and to teach you how to love others..and i know that may sound stupid but did you know that you are supposed to love every one even that homeless guy out on the street or that kid that no one talks about well did you know that you are not just supposed to love them but you are supposed to love them as you love yourself... well i really dont know what else to say cause you wont understand if you wernt there....so any comments
